All content, software, branding, design, and platform materials created by or for Studiely are the intellectual property of Qismat Ventures W.L.L or its licensors. Nothing in these documents or on the platform grants users any licence or right to use, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any such intellectual property without express written authorisation.
User-generated content (such as study notes or quiz responses submitted by users) remains the intellectual property of the user. Studiely's right to use user-generated content is limited to platform functionality purposes, as described in the Terms of Service.
