Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 14, 2026 Last Updated: February 28, 2026 Platform: Apple App Store

Studiely is an educational technology platform operated by Qismat Ventures W.L.L ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy, safety, and rights of all users, including students, parents, teachers, institutions, and administrators, particularly children.

This Privacy Policy applies to users who download and use Studiely via the Apple App Store. It explains what data, if any, your app and any third parties collect from your users, how you and any third parties use the data, and the users' privacy rights. This policy clearly and explicitly identifies what data is collected, how it is collected, and all uses of that data. It also confirms that any third party with whom data is shared (such as service providers) provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy. We explain our data retention and deletion policies below, including how a user can revoke consent and/or request deletion of their data.

We collect only the data necessary for providing educational features, improving the app, and ensuring security (data minimization principle). Data is limited to educational purposes and not used for advertising, marketing, or any unauthorized purposes. Paid functionality is not dependent on allowing the app to access data (such as Contacts or Photos). We secure user consent for data collection where required, and users can withdraw consent at any time as described below. If we rely on legitimate interests for processing (e.g., under GDPR), we ensure compliance with applicable laws.

This Privacy Policy is accessible within the app in an easily accessible manner, such as via a dedicated settings or help section.
