This document explains how users of Studiely can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data from our website and web-based services.

How to Request Deletion of Your Account & Data

To permanently delete your Studiely account and all associated personal data, please follow these steps:

    Send an email to:

    Use the following subject line: Account Deletion Request – Studiely

    In the body of the email, please include:
    • Your registered email address used in the Studiely app
    • Your full name (if you provided one in the app)
    • A clear statement confirming that you wish to delete your account and all associated data

    Identity verification We will verify your identity using the registered email address you provide.
  5. 5
    After successful verification, we will:
    • Confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
    • Complete the full account and data deletion process within 30 days

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your verified request, we will permanently delete:

1 Account Information
  • Email address
  • Firebase UID (unique user identifier)
  • User role (Student, Parent, Teacher, etc.)
2 All Educational Content Created or Stored
  • Study notes, summaries and generated materials
  • Quizzes (questions, answers, results)
  • Learning progress, quiz scores and performance data
  • Curriculum selections, subject/topic preferences
  • Difficulty settings, study modes and other user preferences
3 Analytics & Usage Data Linked to Your Account
  • Analytics and usage data linked to your account
  • Any other personal identifiers associated with your Studiely account

Data We May Need to Retain

In accordance with applicable laws and for legitimate purposes, we may retain limited categories of data even after account deletion. This retained data will no longer be linked to your identity or used for any personal purposes.
