Welcome to Studiely, an educational technology platform operated by Qismat Ventures W.L.L ("Studiely," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Studiely across all platforms, including mobile applications, websites, and future services.

By accessing or using Studiely, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent, guardian, teacher, or institution, you agree on behalf of the student(s) under your supervision.

Studiely supports multiple user roles, including:

• Students
• Parents / Legal Guardians
• Teachers / Educators
• Institutions / Schools
• Administrators

Children may only use Studiely under supervision and with consent as required by applicable law.

You represent that:

• All information provided is accurate
• You have authority to act on behalf of any child or institution you represent

• Some features require account registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Studiely may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false information
• Pose safety or legal risks

Studiely is designed to support learning, not replace:

• Teachers
• Schools
• Parental supervision
• Professional educational judgment

Users agree not to:

• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, or exploit others
• Share personal or sensitive information inappropriately
• Attempt to bypass security or access restricted systems
• Use Studiely for non-educational or commercial exploitation

Users may submit educational content such as responses, assignments, or creative work.

• Users retain ownership of their content.
• By submitting content, you grant Studiely a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process the content solely for platform functionality and educational purposes.

Studiely reserves the right to remove content that violates policies or laws.

All Studiely software, design, content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Qismat Ventures W.L.L.

Users may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify platform materials
• Reverse engineer or exploit platform technology
• Use branding without written permission

Some features may require payment.

• Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase.
• Refunds are governed by the Refund & Payments Policy.
• App store purchases are subject to third-party platform rules.

Studiely may suspend or terminate access:

• For violations of these Terms
• To protect users, children, or platform integrity
• To comply with legal obligations

Users may stop using Studiely at any time. Certain obligations survive termination.

Studiely may integrate third-party tools or links.

• Use of third-party services is subject to their terms

Studiely is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free content
• Specific educational outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studiely and Qismat Ventures W.L.L from claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of content or data

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Studiely after changes constitutes acceptance.
